Day to Day of the role:

  • Handle a broad range of calls from customers, providing efficient and effective service.
  • Engage with customers primarily via inbound calls, as well as through QMS, email, and webchat when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other business areas to support our customers.
  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
  • Stay informed about marketing and promotional activities.
  • Accurately record all conversations and transactions on our in-house system.
  • Address 1st line complaints and undertake additional customer service-related business activities.
