Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers
  • Monitoring emails and responding to enquiries
  • Liaising with customers
  • Overseeing diary management
  • Handling general correspondence and requests as well as updating information on the system
  • Ensuring all paperwork is compliant within company guidelines
  • Maintaining service levels and undertaking work within agreed timescales
