Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Bristol City Centre to join our client, one of the largest providers of Financial Education and Well-Being support within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Preparing and issuing client review packs to Advisors in advance of client meetings
- Undertaking CGT analysis
- Opening and handling client post
- Administering Bed and ISA transactions and annual realignment
- Accurately inputting new enquiry information onto the CRM system
- Assisting with maintaining administrative procedures and regularly reviewing to consider ways of improving existing processes
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- You should have excellent work ethic, with the ability to self-review and ensure work is accurate
- Ideally, you will have experience in financial services, preferably within an IFA
- A relevant degree if a graduate, i.e. finance or economics
- The ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills is required
- You should have good rapport-building skills and be able to communicate to 3rd parties appropriately
