ROLE: Customer Service Advisor
SALARY: £24,500 (£35,000 OTE)

We have demonstrated considerable growth over the last 12 months and are seeking to add further talent to the team to support growth of our account base.

THE CANDIDATE:
Candidates with a background in internal sales, customer service or account management will be of strong interest.
Candidates from an admin background with strong communication skills and experience working with customers will also be welcomed.
Previous experience working within the hospitality sector will also be advantageous.
Candidates must have a strong level of IT literacy and if possible experience of working with Excel.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
You will be responsible for day-to-day management of an account base of customers within the Foodservice sector. These accounts include restaurant, coffee shop, contract catering and leisure establishments amongst others.
The role includes providing customer service to these clients, taking orders, resolving account queries and maintaining strong relationships with the customers.
You will also work closely with a field sales counterpart who also manages the account via regular face to face meetings.
