Red Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client who is based in Bristol and is looking for positive Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis. This position is Monday to Friday and the salary is 11.44 per hour.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Making outbound calls to create appointments for the design consultants
- Achieving KPIs for the department, including the number of calls made, contacts achieved and appointments made
- Ensuring that appointments booked are booked according to the policies and standards in place
- Making sure that data on the system is kept up-to-date and accurate
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Contact centre experience is required
- You should be confident talking to customers on the phone
- Good customer service skills is required
- You should be able to work towards targets
