Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communications: Manage the customer service inbox and resolve inquiries via phone or email promptly.
- Upselling: Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services to enhance their experience and drive revenue growth.
- Delivery Coordination: Liaise with drivers and customers to arrange schedules and delivery requirements.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative processes efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Post-Service Follow-Up: Engage with customers after service visits to confirm satisfaction, process payments when needed, and identify additional service opportunities.
- Retention Efforts: Handle cancellation calls and work to retain customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to improve services based on customer feedback and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions that foster satisfaction and long-term relationships.
You will have:
- Experience in a call centre or similar customer-focused environment, 1-2 years.
- A customer-first attitude, with the ability to quickly build trust and understand customer needs.
Extra details:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm + 1 in 5 Saturdays, working 9am-5pm with a day off in the week.
- Must have own vehicle, no public transport links to Hallen.
- Salary £27,500 + £100 monthly performance bonus.
