In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey-from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback-using your product knowledge and interpersonal skills to deliver a best-in-class service. You'll play a crucial part in building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via telephone, email, and website inquiries to provide timely, effective support.
  • Manage orders from enquiry through to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with regular customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Utilise product knowledge to advise customers
  • Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively to resolve queries in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and performance.
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Pick up ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, paperwork and more.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices to enhance overall service delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven customer service experience, ideally handling inbound order (preferable)
  • Basic computer literacy in MS Office.
