Signature are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a successful, well-known Somerset based FMCG business in the hunt for a Consumer Services Advisor. They are looking for someone to work on a temporary basis.

You’d be joining a small team, so its important you share the company’s values -they’re a very friendly bunch and looking for someone similar to slot into the team. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in consumer services to really be able to come in and hit the ground running.

Package and benefits

- £12.36

- Sociable hours (9-5 Monday to Thursday, 08:30-4:30 Friday)

Responsibilities

- Accurately process customer orders via email and other online platforms using the sales system

- Communicate directly with customers with regards to new product data, ensuring accurate input into the sales system to ensure a successful transfer to customer websites and internal data

- Work with Third Party Logistics company to ensure a smooth running of logistics

Experience

- Previous customer service experience

- Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to adapt style dependent on stakeholder

- Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system

- The right person for this role will have a cheerful disposition, reliable and a track record of showing initiative
