Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a Bristol-based telephone fundraising agency for charities. This role is Monday to Friday and is located in Bristol City Centre. This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of £11.50.
The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Conducting warm calls to both new and existing donors
- Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed as per the guidelines
- Achieving the balance of campaign targets whilst ensuring the call is a positive experience for the supporter
- Updating databases and logging correspondence accurately
- Overcoming objectives to encourage cash commitment
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner are essential
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload will be required
