We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a temporary basis, Starting on the 2nd December.

Modern offices with fantastic onsite facilities.
Temporary role for 12 -16 Weeks
Comprehensive 2-week full training provided - no holidays during this period!
Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Competitive pay rate of 14.00 per hour.
Parking available and easily accessible by public transport.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Taking Inbound Calls with Strong Customer Service:
  • Answering calls promptly and professionally.
  • Listening actively and responding with empathy.
  • Ensuring consistent quality service per company standards.
Updating Customer Details:
  • Using internal systems to accurately update customer information.
  • Verifying data accuracy and adhering to security protocols.
  • Assisting with Policy/Agreement Queries:
  • Providing clear and helpful information on policies/agreements
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Transferring Calls to Relevant Departments:
  • Identifying and transferring calls needing specialized assistance.
  • Ensuring smooth handovers and minimal customer wait times.
Completing Security Checks:
  • Verifying caller identity through security protocols.
  • Maintaining data protection standards and reporting any security issues promptly.

Experience Required:
  • Candidates must have previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
