Comprehensive 2-week full training provided - no holidays during this period!
Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Competitive pay rate of 14.00 per hour.
Parking available and easily accessible by public transport.
Your Responsibilities:
- Taking Inbound Calls with Strong Customer Service:
- Answering calls promptly and professionally.
- Listening actively and responding with empathy.
- Ensuring consistent quality service per company standards.
- Using internal systems to accurately update customer information.
- Verifying data accuracy and adhering to security protocols.
- Assisting with Policy/Agreement Queries:
- Providing clear and helpful information on policies/agreements
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
- Transferring Calls to Relevant Departments:
- Identifying and transferring calls needing specialized assistance.
- Ensuring smooth handovers and minimal customer wait times.
- Verifying caller identity through security protocols.
- Maintaining data protection standards and reporting any security issues promptly.
Experience Required:
- Candidates must have previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Strong Attention to detail
