Tate are working with a local authority based in Bristol in their search for Customer Service Advisors on a full-time basis starting on Monday 20th January 2025.

As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure all customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience over the phone.

You would be based in either their Housing or Clean Air Zone Team, with key duties including:

  • Being the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls and provide support and advice to customers.
  • Handling complex complaints.
  • Working efficiently alongside other departments to work out the best resolution for customers.
  • Administration support - maintaining up to date and accurate customer records on the database / logging appropriate audit trails.
