Tate are working with a local authority based in Bristol in their search for Customer Service Advisors on a full-time basis to start on Monday 18th November.

As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure all customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and provide support/advice to customers with complex queries.
  • Handling complaints and supporting vulnerable customers.
  • Working efficiently alongside other departments to work out the best resolution for customers.
  • Updating customer details on the system and logging audit trails.
