Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join an insurance company who have been operating for over 150 years and that offers specialised coverage.

This position is located in Bristol City Centre, the salary is £25,000 per annum and contains many benefits.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales as well as making outbound calls
  • Confirming and verifying details that are provided and accurately entering them into a database
  • Investigating losses thoroughly to obtain facts and record loss data information
  • Arranging for a timely repair or replacement of equipment
  • Resolving customer complaints within target and regulatory guidelines ensuring customers are treated fairly

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Having an excellent telephone manner with a focus on customer service is required
  • Previous experience working with a loss processing or negotiation industry
  • Being flexible with an adaptable approach is essential
  • You should be able to use Microsoft Office programmes and be computer literate
  • Ideally, you will be able to work both independently and as part of a team
