Our client is an award-winning and customer-focussed insurance company in Bristol. Due to ongoing success, they are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their underwriting team at their Regional Service Centre in Bristol.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be fully trained to review and evaluate risk across a variety of personal insurance products (Motor, Home, Travel and Pet).
You will assist a network of agents who deal directly with their customers with renewals and mid-term adjustment of existing policies and the set-up of new policies.
The agents will be your customers, and you will enjoy building strong working relationships and delivering them a first class service mostly via phone and with some live-chat.
Most of these come via phone, and although our Agents can also interact with you via a live-chat function, a large part of your role will be receiving a high-volume of phone calls.Salary and Benefits
- A starting salary of £24,000 - £25,000 depending on your experience

Work-life balance is important, so you will only be required to work office hours between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. (35 hours a week) with no evenings and then 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-12.30pmThere’s also have a hybrid working model which means that once you’re up to speed, you will have the flexibility to work from home up to 80% of the time.
