Our client provides accommodation to those looking for a mix of both a boutique hotel feel with the freedom and flexibility of serviced apartments.
The salary for this position is £24,100 - £25,100 per annum, depending on experience and is a full-time, permanent position.
To be considered for this role you must be fluent in French.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative (Portuguese):
- Assisting with customer queries in Portuguese
- Handling inbound calls and emails promptly
- Managing guest queries and reservations, ensuring an easy process for all customers
- Providing excellent customer service at all time
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative (Portuguese):
- You need to be fluent in Portuguese
- A passion for providing excellent customer service is required
- Previous reservations or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
- You will need to have excellent writing skills as you will be required to email customers
- Strong attention to detail is also required
