ESS Employment are seeking a candidate with good customer service skills to work for our client based in Yate.
Role summary:
ESS Employment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a national company based near to Yate. Working with the company operations and account management teams dealing with customers needs and enquiries.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone and ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally to give the highest customer service.
- Work as part of a team to ensure great customer service delivery - every time
- Engage proactively with service centres to ensure customer requirements are received and actioned
- Process/raise service calls/orders etc. as per procedures.
- Carry out account amendments and updates accurately.
- Deal with customer queries and requests.
- Undertake any other customer account support duties as required
- Other duties as required
