ESS Employment are seeking a candidate with good customer service skills to work for our client based in Yate.

Role summary:

ESS Employment are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a national company based near to Yate. Working with the company operations and account management teams dealing with customers needs and enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Answer the telephone and ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally to give the highest customer service.
  2. Work as part of a team to ensure great customer service delivery - every time
  3. Engage proactively with service centres to ensure customer requirements are received and actioned
  4. Process/raise service calls/orders etc. as per procedures.
  5. Carry out account amendments and updates accurately.
  6. Deal with customer queries and requests.
  7. Undertake any other customer account support duties as required
  8. Other duties as required
