The Role:- Handling incoming customer queries via phone, email, portal, and live chat, ensuring timely responses.
- Diagnosing, logging, and managing cases through to resolution, escalating where necessary.
- Keeping customers informed and ensuring all cases are up to date and resolved efficiently.
- Office-based, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- A customer service background with an interest of working for an engineering company.
- Eager to learn and a passion for problem-solving.
