- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating customer details
- Adhering to company policies and compliance procedures
- Meeting sales and retention targets in line with company objectives
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service
About You
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- A team player with a positive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle queries efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management principles is desirable
