Fault Support Assistant

The Role:
  • Handling incoming customer queries via phone, email, portal, and live chat, ensuring timely responses.
  • Diagnosing, logging, and managing cases through to resolution, escalating where necessary.
  • Keeping customers informed and ensuring all cases are up to date and resolved efficiently.
  • Office-based, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
