Key Responsibilities of a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales
  • Making outbound calls and correspondence in writing when necessary
  • Confirming and verifying details that are provided and accurately entering them into the database
  • Investigating losses thoroughly to obtain pertinent facts and to record loss data
  • Notifying relevant parties of all losses received
  • Corresponding in both French and English

Key Skills and Experience of a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • You must be fully fluent in both French and English
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer focus is required
  • Experience in a customer service/claims environment is required
  • Awareness of cultural and working practices in France is preferred
  • You should also be PC literate and be able to use Microsoft Office
