Do you have experience and are looking to develop your skills further?Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an online retail company, with the appointment of a Sales Coordinator.The company are a family run business who have clients throughout the UK and Europe. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, providing an exceptional service and bringing fresh enthusiasm to the role. You will be working closely with the Team Leader and Sales Manager to achieve goals that put the customer first, providing effective administrative support and strengthening the current team.DAY TO DAY:

  • Processing customer orders and handling aftersales requirements.
  • Communicating via telephone and email.
  • Sourcing and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Chasing deliveries and liaising with warehouse departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Running and updating customer reports.
  • Working to KPIs and hitting sales targets.
  • Updating the CRM with company updates and data entry.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Strong customer service experience within an office environment.
  • You will be a confident communicator and have the ability to build a natural rapport with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills will be vital within this position.

AND FOR YOU:

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, full time.
  • OTE of up to £4,200 per annum.
