A leading B-corp certified company based in the heart of Bristol is looking for a Senior Data Specialist to join their mission-driven team. They are dedicated to accelerating change towards an environmentally sustainable world, working with some of the UK's biggest brands and retailers.
About the Role:
As a Senior Data Specialist, you will work closely with the client services team to provide high-value data services and build strategic relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include collecting, processing, and analysing data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to help them achieve their sustainability goals.
- Client Data Services: Collaborate with clients and account managers
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, maintaining regular contact and ensuring effective delivery of data management services.
- Reporting: Utilise business intelligence tools to present data and methodologies clearly, helping clients understand their data and its implications.
About You:
- Proven experience in a data role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and automation.
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI and managing large datasets with SQL.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Workbooks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data findings to clients and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £42-45,000 per year.
- Contract: Permanent, full-time with flexible working hours.
- Benefits: including 28 days holiday, life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, up to 10% bonus,
- Hybrid Working: Work with colleagues at least 50% of the month in our vibrant Bristol city centre office.
