Sonic Summary

The position of Senior Service Advisor offers a starting salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In addition to the base salary, there is a potential for an annual bonus exceeding £6,000, with some employees earning over £12,000.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with one in three Saturdays from 8:30am to 2:00pm, paid as overtime.
Candidates should have previous experience in a Main Dealer environment to be considered for this role.
Successful applicants will be customer-focused and skilled in upselling, with an overall earning potential of up to £42,000.

Senior Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Bristol area.Our client is a multi-franchise approved car dealership and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy multi-franchise approved car dealership.For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £42,000.Duties as aSenior Service Advisor will include:

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work
