Service Advisor

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £28,000 + Bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday (Saturdays on a rota)

Our client, a family-run dealership, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Bristol.

This dealership has a strong reputation for its customer-focused approach and knowledgeable staff, providing excellent aftercare and maintaining high standards within the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly explain the work carried out on vehicles to customers
  • Understand and follow brand service requirements
  • Manage the handover and administration of customer service vehicles
  • Handle all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
