The Role:
- Job Title: Service Advisor
- Location: Cribbs Causeway, Bristol
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekends
- Salary: 27,000 to 32,000 + Bonuses & Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department.
- Managing customer bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations.
- Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure effective communication of customer needs.
- Providing detailed explanations of work carried out and associated costs to customers.
- Upselling additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high standards of customer care, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to upsell when appropriate.
