Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Advisor / Administrator / Service Administrator / Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor:

路Take Service Department bookings.
路Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
路Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements
路Updating customers with technical issues
路Dealing with complaints
路Seize opportunities for up selling products

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor / Advisor / Administrator / Service Administrator / Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Advisor:
聽
路Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
路Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
路Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
路Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
路Ability to thrive within a busy service department
路Full clean UK Driving Licence
