What it's like to work here

Reporting to the Programming & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be part of a team working at Tyntesfield to deliver a busy programme of events and activities over the Christmas period.

What you'll be doing

Service Assistants play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. No two days are the same and you can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. You’ll be involved in different tasks. These could include greeting visitors on arrival, helping in the carpark or supporting our Christmas event programme. We are particularly looking for help with running our Christmas carousel for visitors, including taking payments and managing queues.

Most importantly you’ll talk to visitors, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need for their visit. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations.

You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached. You don't need to have all of the knowledge, skills and experience listed in the role profile; this is just to provide a full picture of what’s possible in this role.
