Customer Service Administrator Advisor - Temp to Perm

Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 17:00

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Admin Extraordinaire: Handle tasks like new quotations, booking jobs, resolving queries, and providing updates.
  • Phone Pro: Make outbound calls to our lovely customers.
  • Booking Boss: Review and validate job bookings, ensuring parts are checked and authorised before the appointment date.
  • Scheduler Supreme: Proactively contact customers to schedule appointments if they haven't picked a date yet.
