Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Role

Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08.30 - 17.00 (1 Saturday in every 4 week with time back during the week

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Are you skilled in resolving queries and providing general updates? Our client, a leading organisation in the Contact Centre sector, is seeking 5 Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team in Bristol.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all customer queries and job bookings are processed and handled efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, including new quotations, booking new jobs, resolving queries, and providing updates.
  • Review and validate job bookings, ensuring parts are checked and authorised before the appointment date.
  • Proactively contact customers to schedule appointments for those who have not selected a booking date.
  • Complete and submit insurance authorisation requests.
  • Respond to email correspondence promptly.
  • Liaise with Branch Managers to keep them informed of any booking changes or amendments.
  • Work closely with Branches to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job notes.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
