The Role
The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in integrating data from FinTechs, standardising it, and presenting actionable insights to investors. This is a hands-on position where the successful candidate will work closely with large datasets, ensuring data integrity, cleaning, mapping, and creating features that form the foundation of the company's visualisation tools. These tools are critical for investors making portfolio decisions and for FinTechs monitoring their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrating and ingesting credit portfolio data from FinTechs.
- Conducting checks on data integrity and mapping to ensure high standards.
- Cleaning and standardising data to create meaningful and consistent features.
- Building data pipelines and visualisation tools to support client decision-making.
- Augmenting data reporting and generating insights to drive business value.
Requirements
- At least one year of industry experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, or banking (though other industries will be considered).
- A passion for working with data, including large datasets, and deriving insights.
- Strong SQL skills are essential.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Domo, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- A background in database management or data warehousing is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with credit data, customer behaviour, and decision models is advantageous.

Interview Process
