Responsibilities:

As a Data Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the management and reporting of data for the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the extract, transform, and load of site data
  • Careful validation of data based on quantitative and qualitative judgement
  • On-boarding of sites and troubleshooting for the in-house reporting system
  • Raising trouble tickets and helping to resolve any issues
  • Providing direct input to the in-house reporting system and coordinating inputs for periodic reports
  • Maintaining data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and GDPR guidelines
  • Complying with fire, health, and safety requirements
  • Assisting with any other reasonable tasks as requested by management

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good mathematics skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective task management skills
  • Experience working in a professional workplace setting
