Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also manage a team of accounts receivable clerks and collaborate with other departments to optimize the billing and collection process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
    • Manage and mentor a team of accounts receivable clerks, providing guidance and support.
    • Monitor and review accounts receivable aging reports, addressing any overdue accounts.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the billing and collection process.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
