Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for?an Administration Support Manager to join our passionate and driven team based at several of our client’s sites in the  Bristol Area.  

The Administration Support Manager will provide essential administrative assistance to the London and South operations teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role involves a variety of tasks including booking courses, updating trackers, supporting HR processes, managing documents, and assisting operations managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Booking - Schedule and coordinate SIA courses for team members.
  • Data Management - Maintain and update trackers to ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • HR Support - Assist with various HR processes, including documentation and coordination.
  • ESG Management -Oversee the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) documents, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping.
  • Administrative Assistance - Provide comprehensive administrative support to operations managers, including the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Meeting Support - Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and handing over concerns.
  • Ensure health and safety is adhered to.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Be friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist.
  • Must be extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with travel expenses covered.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach, anticipating needs and addressing them promptly.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, inbox, email, and diary management, and have experience dealing with general email enquiries.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Proficient in computer use and possesses a good standard of English literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Be proactive, adaptable and use own initiative.
  • An enthusiastic individual who is looking for an exciting new challenge and learns new skills quickly.
  • SIA license preferable or candidate must be willing to undergo licensing.
