Facilities Team Member Recruitment - Hyperion Partners

Location: BristolHours: 37.5 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Sunday.Salary: £31,000 -£38,000  per annum (dependent on experience), plus bonus and benefits.Essential: Valid UK driving license.

Role Overview: Hyperion Partners is seeking a dedicated Facilities Team Member to maintain our high standards in student accommodation. In this role, you will resolve maintenance issues, ensure safety, and enhance the overall living experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address a range of general maintenance tasks, including basic plastering, window and door repairs, like-for-like electrical changes, and basic plumbing.
  • Respond to Health and Safety-related calls promptly.
  • Conduct planned inspections and implement necessary remedial actions.
  • Log maintenance issues and follow up accordingly.

  • Experience in general maintenance, with basic plumbing and electrical skills being desirable.
  • Background in a customer-facing role.
