Join our dynamic and fast-paced team as a Print and Mail Operator! We are currently seeking a talented individual to support our client's printing and mailing operations. This is a temporary position with a contract length of 2 months, offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.00.

As a Print and Mail Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's print and mail processes. You will be responsible for operating printers, inserting documents into envelopes, and preparing outgoing mail. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operating high-speed printers to produce high-quality print materials
  • Monitoring print processes to ensure accuracy and quality control
  • Preparing materials for mailing, including inserting documents into envelopes and affixing postage
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering replenishments as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of printing and mailing projects
  • Following established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as necessary
