The role:
As an Associate Director you will play a key leadership role, driving projects, delivering technical expertise and mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for:
- Managing and delivering flood risk and drainage strategies
- Providing expert guidance to clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting planning applications
- Leading business development and contributing to company growth
