We are looking for adaptable and flexible Teaching professionals to join our team at Prospero Teaching! You will play a key role as a Classroom Assistant in the management and running of the classroom, as you support and facilitate a positive learning environment.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: Bristol (various locations)
Position: Classroom Assistant
Type of work: Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, small group work, reading, forest school opportunities, support class teacher in delivering lessons
Start Date: 06/01/2025
Rate of pay : £95 - £120
Hours: 08:30 - 16:00
EXPERIENCE
Desirable:
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
*Experience of working in Primary Schools
*Experience of inclusive classroom practice
*An understanding/awareness of supporting SEND requirements
*Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis
*Drives (not essential)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
