Do you have experience working in an Early Years or Nursery Setting?
A 3 form entry Primary School in the BS4 area is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team from after Easter.
This Primary School aspires to treat everyone inclusively and recognises the importance of a holistic approach to education. Building a strong community is really important to the school, recognising that educational needs staff, pupils and the community around them to support the growth and development.
The Role
This role is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) working 8:15 to 3:15
The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who has excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum so that you can support the Class Teacher and use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the children’s needs.
You will be expected to:

Be confident in assessing children’s development
-
Work closely with the Class Teacher to deliver exceptional learning.

Build strong relationships with children and families.
-
Deliver activities inside and outside the classroom.

Work with small groups of children and on a 1 to 1 basis too.
