This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to gain hands-on, paid experience in a secondary school environment. The position is designed to provide practical experience and insight into teaching, helping you prepare for a potential future in teacher training.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support a class between Year 7 and Year 11.
- Assist the class teacher across the full secondary curriculum.
- Work with students of all abilities in small groups or one-to-one settings.
- Help foster a positive learning environment.
