The school is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for the education of young people. The successful candidate will be employed for the remainder of the academic year as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. If you are a recent graduate, this role is perfect for you!

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide support in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, with a particular focus on numeracy and literacy. You will work with small groups of children to ensure they stay on task and meet the learning objectives set by the teacher. Experience or an understanding of SEN (Special Educational Needs), including mild levels of autism and dyslexia, is a bonus for this role.

The ideal candidate will have achieved a 2:2 or above in their degree (preferably in psychology, criminology, or similar subjects). While experience working with young people in environments such as youth work, sports, or a similar setting is desirable, it is not essential. The school is looking for a proactive, organised, and ambitious Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant.
