The role
A fantastic opportunity for any teaching assistant or learning support assistant looking for a step up within a 'Good’ Ofsted rated school. If you have had experience working within a secondary school and you are wanting an increase in pay and to progress your career, becoming a HLTA is the perfect opportunity.
The role will entail you to collaborate with class teachers and other learning support staff, and deliver elements of learning to students on a one to one, small group or class basis, under the instruction/guidance of a teacher/line manager to support pupils.
