Team Educate are seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist SEN school in Bristol on a full-time basis.

Team Educate has been asked to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant to work directly with a school in South Bristol. This role would be working within the school on a full-time basis, working with experienced SEND teachers to ensure students are supported during the school day and have the best opportunity to learn. You would be expected to provide 1:1 support as well as within a group setting, allowing you to build a great relationship with students.
Prior experience within SEN education settings will be necessary as this role as well as the right attitude and a passion for helping others. Experience or qualifications in SEND are essential. We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and motivated to make a real impact on a childās educational journey whilst utilising their previous experience.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will benefit from:

- A competitive day rate of Ā£95 to Ā£110 per day (experience depending)

- Team Educate also offers the opportunity to complete Level 1 Team Teach
- Team Educate also offers Makaton Training
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will require:
- A passion for delivering excellent care
- A valid DBS certificate, or be willing to put a new application through
- A right to work in the UK
- Contactable references covering the last 2 years
