Your new company

Your new school is a primary Academy in the Bristol region supporting children through their education. This inclusive school has an excellent SEND team with proven success of providing support to all students with specific special educational needs. Your new Bristol school is now searching for an experienced SEND TA to join their team until the end of the academic year.

Your new role

In this SEND Teaching Assistant job in Bristol you will be supporting students with a variety of special educational needs. You will be working closely with each child to develop learning techniques and strategies to encourage progression. As a Teaching Assistant you will be working with identified children on a 1:1 basis within the classroom and in the inclusion base when necessary to maintain engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have recent relevant experience working with children or young people with additional support needs. You will be passionate about working with young people and supporting them in their development and engagement within a school setting with the ability to develop positive relationships.
