What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom (basically their superhero sidekick!)- Helping students grow in confidence and reach their full potential- Assisting with lessons, group work, and one-to-one support- Bringing your own creativity, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (formally or informally)- Patience, empathy, and a good sense of humor (you’ll need it!)- The ability to adapt, think on your feet, and make learning fun- Transferable skills from sectors like care, customer service, coaching, or youth work
