We're looking for a teaching assistant to support students in their learning, development, and well-being. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you'll help ensure all students feel included and safe in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their educational, personal, and social needs.
  • Assist with classroom activities, materials, and equipment.
  • Promote positive behaviour and inclusion for all students.
  • Help with student progress records and education, health & care plans.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of young people's needs in an educational setting.
  • Previous experience working with young people (paid or voluntary).
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • NVQ Level 2 or Supporting Teaching and Learning Level 2.
  • First aid training or willingness to train.
  • Experience in an educational setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check required or willing to apply for a new one.
  • Must provide 2 professional references.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
