As a teaching assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support students' learning, helping to improve their engagement and attainment across all subjects. Ideally, candidates should have a degree with a 2:1 or higher, and some previous experience working with children or young people is preferred. The school is looking for enthusiastic individuals in the Bristol area who are passionate about supporting students' academic and personal development. As a teaching assistant, you will be supporting students across various subjects, with a focus on helping those with special educational needs (SEN). To be considered for this role, a strong academic background is required, including GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).
