They are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join their highly regarded South Gloucestershire primary school. For this Teaching Assistant job in South Gloucestershire, you will be working with a pupil in Year 1 on a 1:1 basis. The pupil requires additional support throughout their school day and presents with demand avoidance. The SENCo is available to support the Teaching Assistant alongside the class teacher to ensure the pupil is supported in the best way. Being creative through your language and support to engage the pupil in learning is essential.What you'll need to succeed
