Your new roleFor this Teaching Assistant job, you will be working in Y3 supporting a pupil with additional needs. The child is on the Autistic Spectrum and has behavioural support needs. Currently the pupil is working both in and out of the classroom with the aim of them being fully integrated again with your support. Experience supporting Autism and challenging behaviours is essential due to the needs of the child. What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting KS2
- Experience working with SEN
- Adaptability and imagination
