We are seeking an enthusiastic Ecologist to join an ecological company based in Bristol.
The position involves working on various projects across the South West, with a blend of fieldwork and consultancy.

Candidates should have relevant experience in ecological surveys, assessments, and report writing, with a preference for those with at least 2 years of experience.

Ecologist - Bristol

We are looking for an enthusiastic Ecologist to join an Ecological company based in the heart of Bristol! You will be working across a range of projects around the South West area. The company offer an excellent package including a competitive salary, charity paid days, paid memberships and team social days throughout the year.

The role will be suited for someone wanting a blend of fieldwork and consultancy as you will be working on ecological surveys, assessments, and innovative environmental management solutions. There will also be the option to work from home a few days a week.

For this role, you will be involved in;

A variety of protected species surveys,
Ecological Impact Assessments (EIA),
Writing a range of Ecological reports including PEAs, PRAs, EIAs, EcIAs,
Liaising with clients, project managers and stakeholders,
Preparing fee proposals.
