Key Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:
- Supporting staffing solutions for all client account management matters working closely with other departments to support business retention and growth
- Dealing with inbound enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Holding the clinicians accountable for delivering the highest level of care
- Building and maintaining a relationship with the clients, clinicians and colleagues
- Identifying clinicians who have not worked in a while and proactively reaching out to them
Key Skills and Experience of a Care Coordinator:
- You will need to have clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills are required
- Experience working in the healthcare sector is desirable
- Experience dealing with high-volume calls and enquiries is a must due to the volume of calls within this role
